Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Period & Conditions

• Return Window: Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to return items.
• Item Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags and labels attached.
• Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, opened tights and socks cannot be returned.

2. Return Shipping Costs

• Free Returns: Free return shipping is provided for orders originating from the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and France.
• Other Regions: Customers from other EU or international countries are responsible for paying their own return shipping fees.

3. Return Process

1. Register your return through King Louie’s official return portal (Returnista).
2. Pack the items securely along with the packing slip.
3. Drop off the package at the nearest post office or designated courier service point.

4. Refund Policy

• Processing Time: Once the warehouse receives and processes your return, refunds are issued within 14 business days.
• Refund Method: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Shipping Fee Refund: If you return an entire order, the original standard shipping fee paid at the time of purchase will also be refunded.

5. Exchanges

• King Louie does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on the website.
