  • Processing Time: Orders placed on working days (Monday to Friday) before 1:00 PM are typically dispatched on the same day. All other orders ship within 1 to 2 business days (processing times may be slightly longer during peak sale seasons or holidays).
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery generally takes about 2 business days, depending on the destination country.
  • Courier: Shipments are handled primarily by DHL, offering home delivery or drop-off at designated DHL service points.

3. Order Tracking

  • After your package leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a Track & Trace link so you can monitor your parcel’s progress in real time via the DHL website.
