1. Formation of Agreement & Product Information

Contract Formation: The purchase contract is officially concluded when you complete the checkout process on the website, agree to the terms and conditions, and receive an order confirmation email from King Louie.
Product Descriptions: King Louie strives to display product colors and descriptions as accurately as possible. Due to varying monitor settings on computers or mobile devices, slight differences between the actual product and the website display may occur, and images are for reference only.

2. Pricing & Payment Methods

Pricing: All prices displayed on the website include VAT/BTW and exclude shipping costs (which are listed separately at checkout).
Payment Methods: A variety of mainstream payment methods are accepted, including iDeal / Wero, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Riverty (Buy Now, Pay Later for the Netherlands and Germany), Maestro, Bancontact / Mistercash, and Sofort.

Fulfillment Time: Orders are typically handed over to the courier (primarily DHL) within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation (processing times may be extended during peak sales or holidays).
Shipping & Risk: If a package is damaged or lost during transit, customers must report the issue promptly to the courier service or King Louie’s customer support team.

Return Period: In accordance with regulations, customers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods (King Louie’s extended policy typically grants a more generous 30-day return window).
Return Conditions: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with tags attached. Items such as socks or tights may be excluded from returns for hygiene reasons once opened.
Refunds: King Louie will issue a refund via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and processing the returned items (including standard shipping costs if the entire order is returned).

Statutory Guarantee: King Louie guarantees that products conform to the agreement and specifications listed on the website. Products carry a 2-month warranty period starting from the date of receipt (the receipt or dispatch note serves as the proof of warranty).
Exclusions: Damage caused by unauthorized alterations, improper use, careless handling, or failure to follow washing instructions is excluded from the warranty.
